Philip Powell’s visit to Bowen AoG (North Queensland) - audio messages now available on line.

This Church and pastor need our support. They have taken a stance against their denomination's decision to solicit prayer for the pope and the "gospel" preached by recent and former papacies as was expressed in Brian Houston's recent media release. Pastor Patrick and Bernadette Russell were missionaries to Malta and Spain, which are both largely Roman Catholic countries. Patrick was a Roman Catholic before his conversion. He invited Philip Powell to speak on the topic listed below over three sessions.

3) Hillsong & AoG

It is URGENT that fellow believers warn those who attend errant AoG churches, in particular Hillsong churches, to leave and find a new group that attends to the nurture and discipleship of those who are young in the Lord; those whom Jesus referred to as "lambs".

Those lost sheep which the "Good Shepherd" seeks out even though He has 99 others secure.

According to the official AoG – Australia web-site “ God's intention is to prosper the righteous so that they can demonstrate the power of His Kingdom on earth.”

This is a switch from the true Gospel to a “different gospel” that Paul pronounces a curse upon.

Have you ever checked your local Ministers Fraternal? See who it’s made up of? See if your denomination and pastor are members? AND most importantly what their values are. Here for instance is the Palmerston North (New Zealand)Fraternal. http://www.palm.org.nz/

Have a look at: “churches” then “other denominations”. Interestingly they include other denominations such as Worldwide Church of God and Society of Friends.
