The great falling away
People think any revival is not coming. They refer to
2 Thess. 2:3 and tell about that a great falling away shall
come. But this falling away has taken place a very long time
ago. The entire Christendom was lead astray by false
shepherds and preachers, which preached false doctrines.
Since then, God\'s people have been slaves under many
churches and denominations. And the great falling away is
still today continuing. The great falling away is NOW!
Waiting for the great falling away is not needed. It began a
very long time ago. The topical are now the restoration of the
Assembly of God from the great falling away. Acts 3:21.
Revival is just this, all God\'s people must be released from
the great Babylon.
In the time of the apostles any church did not exist, and therefore
the word \"church\" occurs not at all in the Bible. Everywhere in
your English Bible where you see the word \"church\", it is a
translation error, it ought to be \"assembly\". Jesus did not build
any church.
I have five Bible translations in Swedish, (the oldest from 1703,
translated from the same original bible text as KJV). Nowhere in
these Bibles we can find the word \"church\" (kyrka). Nowhere in
the Bible we can find any hint of that the Assembly of God is
constituted of church systems and many religious organizations.
It is at least two Bible translations in English without the word
\'church\', (WEB) and (KJ3). Perhaps there are more such
translations, I do not know.
The Assembly of God is no Pentecostal church. Please, consider
what this expression \"the Assembly of God\" in the reality implies.
The Assembly of God must be the same as the Greek word
\"ekklesia\", and the Body of Christ. 1 Cor. 12:12-31.
Then it is easy to understand that this has nothing to do with the
Pentecostal Movement. Pentecostal churches have existed about
100 years, but the Assembly of God has existed ever since Jesus
baptized his first disciples by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit
gave them the new life in Christ so that they became born anew.
Then the Assembly of God was born. Since then, the Assembly
of God has lived here on the earth generation after generation.
The establishment of the first church took place in connection with
the great falling away. 2 Thess. 2:3. Since then, God\'s people have
lived in slavery under Satan\'s false doctrine about the Assembly of
God. We cannot use the word \'church\' when we mean the Assembly
of God. Still to day, most Christians cannot see the difference between
the Assembly of God and the Church of Satan.
All churches have come into existence through religious fornication.
People have mixed God\'s word with false doctrines of evil spirits,
and so new churches appear.

there are thousands of preachers
and bible teachers, but none can explain
what the Assembly of God is

I also would like to be put on the mailing list. I read Dave Hunt\'s books when they first appeared and could not believe that there were others seeing the same as I was. Unfortunately our church didn\'t and I eventually left after witnessing too many deceptions and I am happier in a small family church where I am being led to teach much the same as Dave\'s ministry. Very exciting times. Please keep speaking out about these deceptive ministries as it is just unbelievable the amount of christians being deceived so easily and subtely.

The Bibel sais the following,

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
Should we not go to the word of God to determine what a “Heresy” is ?
According to the verses in John, would this not make it a” lie”! Is it less a lie if it involves a minor Doctrine, Surely not! And don’t be fooled in thinking that holding on to minor false doctrines ( lies) will not lead to Hell ! In John 5:39 it sais “ Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”Through this verse God made it very clear to me that unless I was willing to let go even of a minor Doctrine, I would cross over and become part of the Pharisees Jesus was speaking to.
As you can see the Pharisees had different Interpretation of scripture too! I could go even further and tell you , based on a verse in Rev. and Isa. Lucifer and Jesus are the same person! That would be a logical human deduction .
May I ask you, are the major doctrines true because most people have agreed on their interpretation? And because there are some major factions that do not agree on some others, determined minor ones, they have agreed therefore not to label them as heresies !
This is the only way we truly can know what is true, John 16:13 sais, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. “
Does the Holy Spirit reveal to some of us that Cessationism is true and some others that it is not ? It must be obvious therefore that many doctrines come from the place that Jesus calls “desperately wicked and deceitful above all things” , and let us never forget that we all have a place like it and are capable of believing and holding on to a lie (because it suits us).
It saddens me to see, how to days Christianity, even within denominations, has adopted the stance seeing that through the centuries many believers held opposing views so let us accept it and only demand agreement on the Majors ! Is not this Satan’s victory causing us to believe in a false unity! Jesus Is the truth and anyone professing to love Him will have a insatiable hunger to know Him in truth and will not be willing to settle for less! He is therefore ever willing and thankful to be shown if He held on to a lie. He that is offended only reveals by it His heart of pride!
Dear Mr.Powell I fear you have, for the sake of pacifying, at least in part, drawn away from what you know to be the truth. Never forget that He is your saviour . I would like to encourage you to never apologize for the truth, that would make us ashamed of the Gospel , and continue to proclaim it !
Dear Mr. Gear many things you say are true ,however I fear that you Interpretation of the scriptures is more based upon your work environment than from the Holy Spirit! May I ask you a question ? Do you tell all the people that come to you for counseling with all the kinds of problems you have listed, that they only have one problem , and that is Sin, this problem only Jesus Christ can solve?

I have read several books of Kenneth E. Hagin. He certainly loved the written word of God and gave all glory to God and Jesus Christ. , I found your review of the Transformation videos to be out of balance...I mean, using colorful costumes and dancing as an indication of soulish abandon....c\'mon! A third worlder could as easily castigate an american worship video because people were wearing blue jeans or some other meaningless \"eveidence\". I was disappointed in Otis\' videos because the pre-eminence of Jesus seemed too background and because as you stated, an emphasis on God\'s appearent pre-occupation with ecology and politics....but you sure can\'t deny the glory of the Lord in those smiles and testimonies. What would a true revival look like to you? Do you even allow for such an event in your theology? Do you discount earlier revivals? And they wonder why aog is dead. I heard their chosen one on Sunday, coloured hair in a style that befitted him, tending to obese.
Prosperity has sucked the baby dry with their begging, money grubbing (put you own words here and I expect they are amusingly 4 letter words a la john partington) he probably doesn\'t have the worry and big mortgage of john andrews (read the new testament john).
A so called leader who squabbles over 40 quid like a barrow boy already having stashed a goodly sum into his pocket.
A so called leader who begins a \'sermon\' with a lie, excellent. Bad back, corset, a corset, must be a woman, I saw the miracle, I caused the miracle, only two weeks ago I was told that the miracle is still working, a man , a woman, must be a woman, a miracle that John partington doesn\'t know what happened but he was there, he did it, he heard about it again only a couple of weeks ago, a man, a woman, who knows, probably not john partington\'s powerful god.
I have a dvd where the blind see, the deaf hear the crippled walk to quote partington, well show it. I haven\'t seen it but send me one. (Don\'t sweat I\'ll pay and the postage). I know (I am a prophet) all I would see is some dear person waving a stick a la Benny Hinn, you frauds or prove me wrong.
A so called leader who prophesises worse than Doris Stokes. It\'s Daniel, somebody\'s son (WOW what powerful god you worship) but doesn\'t know his surname, three hand in air, doesn\'t have a clue, a la doris stokes.
John partington mentions a few diseases that I haven\'t a clue about (a la doris stokes) and then say it\'ll be ok, this is just too powerful.
Young man you will be a great man of god you will:
A Pastor or
A Deacon or
An Evangelist or
An Apostle (not necessarily in that order
All bar a prophet these are the ministries within the church, so if he stays in the church, he will have a ministry in the church, WOW what a powerful god you worship.
And for an obese young man, get more, get more, get more. No he\'ll be dead by 40, tell him to get a little less, the wisdom to know when he\'s full. What a powerful god doesn\'t even notice the health of young people.
What a dead loss.
A leader who thinks that a sermon is made of rubbish jokes printed off the internet and can\'t even be bothered to read them before hand.
A so called leader who reads out rubbish doggerel and expects an emotional response.
A denomination who have never, it seems to me, have read the new testament. Maybe it doesn\'t agree with their blab it and grab it theology.
And they ask why aog is dead and they chose him to lead them. When are they going to stop blessing the christianity of the likes of Brownsville.
Bye Bye aog, hello to ethical behaviour.
When will these growth, prosperity and happiness fill their saddle-bags and get out, I know a whole group of us just so sick and tired of the john partington\'s.

I you may realise that I happen to agree with much of what you (&others) say about the current Penetecostal scene in Australia. I\'ve been a Christian for 40 years, started in 1967 at \'Moombara\' in Port Hacking, Sydney. The Jesus I believe in is not the portrait of Jesus that I see in most Pentecostal churches today. I see so little of \'laying down your life, servant leadership, understanding of suffering\' in all we are taught today. I have (again) recently left church. I would dearly love to know where I could go where there are no \'pastors\' in authority, where the Body of Christ has the opportunity to \'find itself,\' & where we can minister to each other & those around us as His servants. I live in Parramatta. also for your information, I have not tithed since 1980 when I believe the Lord showed me it was not NT. He\'s also showed me many of the things you & others proclaim, esp about Christian leadership & equipping others to serve with the gifts god has given us.
May He bless your efforts to warn people. I do not have your forum to speak, but my mind, intellect & spirit are strong for whatever Jesus wants.

It is more than a bit astounding to read the comments on the transformations videos. A comment was made that there was no mention made of sin in the video being spoken about. What video was the reviewer watching? Watching the video and hearing the narrator speak about the crime and misery in the various places being spoken about, what do you call that? Does the reviewer think the narrator and producers of the video are not aware that all the misery and crime and darkness of the places spoken of equates to sin? And then there is the comment in the review about just where is Jesus in all this, implying that the real Jesus is not really aligned with anything going on in this video. Utterly amazing. Just who were the people who were getting saved and whose lives were being changed, getting saved into and unto? It is one thing to want to contend for the faith, it is another when this contending takes on the form of critically tearing down any works of others because it does not align with one\'s theology. Would it not be better to have a constructive ministry rather than a negative one that that shows it value by pointing out what is perceived as wrong in the ministries of others? I have watched the videos, both of them. And there is much mention made of sin, there are many who get saved and whose lives get changed, and yes there is a connection between praying for an individual, a family, a village, a city, and the hold of patterns of sin being broken. And yes, principalities and powers are involved in this. When we sin, anytime we sin, we allow Satan a foothold, no matter how small or insignificant.There is no middle ground, we either move towards God or move towards darkness where Satan dwells. People sin, but when they sin, they open the door to Satan and that is why we see patterns or cycles of various sins that have a hold either in an individual, a family or a town or city. In some families we see divorce as a recurring pattern, or drug addiction, or any other cycle that cannot seemm to be broken. Yes the individuals have sinned and are responsible. But there can be more involved. These ministries which reach out to people may not always be perfect but at least they are reaching out and doing something and seeing results. I see very little value in the work of those who claim to be contending for the faith but are in actuality breaking down the good work of others who are at least making an effort to do something of value for the kingdom. And again, comments such as the supposed fact that sin was not even mentioned in the one video and that where was Jesus to be foudn in all this, implying Jesus was not involved in the transformation of these communities is incredibly inaccurate and wilfully blind. People\'s lives have been touched, but if you refuse to acknowledge that as an organization, that is not only your loss, it is dangerous when your group begins to misinform other christians and even unbelievers who check out this information. Brother Mike O. and I have discussed his and your thoughts on Rev. A. A. Allen. I knew him personally and travelled with him. I know that he ticked off the A of G; to put it mildly, but all the lies that have been told does not make their view right. When Brother Allen died, I spoke exstesivly with the investigators and they said, \"pastor Seale, it will not be publicly known, but in our opinion he was murdered. The A of G. paid Don Stewart well to silence Brother Allen and to turn over all of miracle valley and its assets to the A of God. Don Stewart was the one with an alcholic problem as well as being brother Allen\'s Judas.
Even my brother, Dr. Kenneth Seale, pastor for nearly thirty years in San Jose, Ca. knows the truth about all of this; and we both know the truth. , I enjoyed your articles on Mormonism. I have recently been dialoguing via emails with an lds who asked me if I\'ve ever prayed about the BoM. I told her we are to be like the Bereans and search the Scriptures. My LDS friend said the Bereans received the Word via revelations because Paul, who was teaching them, had received the Word via revelations. She also said that the LDS do not believe that PRAYER is the test for truth but that ANSWER to prayer is!
There is just end to their ever increasing false beliefs and scripture twisting!
