| Dear Editor, Thank you for sending me your material concerning Benny Hinn. My only purpose in writing is to commend you for your courage and willingness to take a stand against false prophets, even if it meant, apparently, expulsion from the Assemblies of God. I travel extensively through New Zealand and Australia every two years or so, and I have been able to observe the damage that false prophets have been able to accomplish, particularly in the Pentecostal/Charismatic churches. When I first travelled through these countries, I observed a high level of interest in the things of the Word. But once a church got involved in the movement, the Scriptures ceased to be the primary focus. As I continue travelling through these countries, I am glad to see that there is still a remnant faithful to the Word, and I can see that you are among them. I can only encourage you to continue standing for the Truth and I pray that there will someday be a "back to the Bible" movement that will bring people back to the Word and give them spiritual discernment.
