Lawlessness

"And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall grow cold" Matthew 24:12

According to these verses "iniquity"Greek "anomia" (lit. "without law") undermines the "love" (Greek `agape') of Christians progressively through the church age and increasingly in the End Times. In 1 John 3:4 `anomia' is translated "the transgression of the law", where very clearly it is not the Mosaic Law but bible truth that is in view. So the ignoring or breaking of biblical mandate and requirement results in the undermining of love and faith.

Sadly, leaders, who should know better, are advancing this process. In this issue of CETF we will show how this is happening in the arenas of church leadership and "Christian Literature", where the almighty dollar rules just like it does in the world. Two one time godly organisations Send the Light Trust (STL) and Assemblies of God (AoG) are put under the spot light. We invite you, the readers, to examine what we say and to respond if you so desire. It is my view that AoG in Australasia with Brian Houston and his "Faith Prosperity" teaching, as witness his book You Need More Money, at its head is drifting deeper and further into cultism. Our critique of this book has evoked a lively correspondence, which we have published in the Letters Page and on our web site at www.christian-witness.org

We again call for a grass roots uprising on the part of ordinary people who care, to stop this dizzy drive towards a denial of the faith `once for all delivered to the saints' Jude verse 3. If you withhold your money the heresy will die.
