Christmas note from CWM.
“
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” (
Luke 2:13) -
None of us were (was) present during this moment of history – only the shepherds.
If we are in Christ and remain in Him, then we will be present when He returns with us to rule and reign - Rev. 5:10.
“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing” (Rev. 5:12).
“And suddenly..”(Luke 2:13)
“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye (1 Corn. 15:52) we shall be changed.” We will witness that which the shepherds saw and heard – “a multitude of the heavenly host.”
Keep looking up; keep listening for the trumpet.

Elim (Wellington) Cuts out Christ
Elim church Wellington has now replaced Christ with an “X”.
The recent advertisement in the Capital City’s main newspaper reads
“
HE ACCEPTS THE NAUGHTY & NICE…ETERNAL LIFE FOR ALL, MERRY XMAS.” (

I guess it becomes a desperate grab for people to fill the seats and put money in the bank; hence this sort of unbiblical Christ denying advertising.
Unbiblical, not only because it denies Christ but also because it carries the notion of “Universalism” i.e. Jesus died for all – therefore ALL are saved.
Only those who turn to Him in repentance for salvation are those that God will accept.
The fundamentals of the Gospel appear to have been long forgotten in this organisation.
Elim is the organisation that promoted the Satanic Gold Dust and Gold Teeth deceptions.
Also alledged to have received about NZ$70,000 worth of cash, clothing and jewellery from the people at a revival meeting.
1 John 4: 1 – 6 instructs us to test every spirit to see whether they are of God.
“
Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God.
Every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God.”
This testing sounds a little difficult to apply.
What the Word is saying is that we are to test the spirit of what is being said and/or done by lining it up with the Word of God. “
The Word was made flesh and dwelt amongst us” (
John 1:14).
Essentially, in the case of Elim they replaced the True Christ (the Advert., left Him out altogether!) and represented Him continually as spirit and in spiritual terms.
It started with an over emphasis on the Holy Spirit and in fact attempted to replaced Christ with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit can only be worshiped in conjunction with the Trinity.
Not on His own. If the Holy Spirit is truly present and being allowed to guide, He will always point to Jesus.
At Elim, the spirit that is there, appears not to be holy and is not The Holy Spirit.
They have deluded themselves and the Lord has now sent them a strong delusion so much so that they have now replaced Christ with an X.
What is most serious is that the spirit presented at Elim according to 1 John 4: 3 is the spirit of antichrist.
Please carefully study
1 John 4: 1 – 6 to see whether we are correct.

Only Two Weeks to Go
Sorry to harp on about this, but, like those of old who followed Baal, may be Prophet Pringle’s god is either meditating, busy, on a journey or perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened (1 Kings 18:27).
We have only two weeks to go before we see “thousands running in the streets to churches throughout the country” according to Prophet Pringle.
Soon after the CWM Mailer made our first reference to this issue the NZ Pray site removed the Pringle prophecy.

The question is whether this prophecy is given in the Spirit of Truth or the Spirit of Error as per 1 John 4:6 – “We are of God: he that knows God hears us; he that is not of God hears not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.”

Which Translation?
The “sacredsandwich.com” has some interesting and amusing articles on its site.
One such article with numerous links off it concerns the various Bible versions in the market place now.
William Tyndale, the martyr, who passionately fought for the Bible to be translated into English for the sake of the common man, would be dumbfounded to see how many Bible translations are available today for the masses.
By all outward appearances, it would seem that his vision to supply God’s word to the lay person, including the lowly plough boy, has been fully realized.
Based on numbers alone, it might be assumed that Tyndale, if alive today, would be overjoyed with this modern proliferation of Bibles.
But would he?
